Vail gets first dusting of snow for the 2018-19 season

Vail Mountain is scheduled to open for the 2018-2019 ski and snowboard season on Friday, November 16, with Beaver Creek opening on Wednesday, November 21.

Vail Snow Days takes place Dec. 13th through the 16th, bringing free concerts at Ford Park, in-town and on-mountain early season specials, après and after-dark parties, a lively expo village and more. New for this year, Vail Snow Days has expanded to become a four-day festival. Acts announced so far include Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and Shakey Graves.
