Hit the Slopes

Vail Ski Resort has some of the best ski slopes in the world! The latter half of ski season always brings bluebird days, soft now, and gorgeous conditions. The slopes stay open until late April, so you can ski and snowboard well into the spring. Pack your sunscreen and get ready to have some fun!

Try a New Snow Sport

Want to play outside but looking for an alternative to skiing or snowboarding? You've got a few options! Snow tubing is fun for all ages. It is the perfect way to spend an afternoon with the family while getting a small adrenaline rush. For a calmer activity, try snowshoeing. For an unexpected option, check out the fat tire biking options! If you've never heard of a fat tire bike, it is a biking option that allows riders to bike on unstable or soft surfaces such as snow. It's a blast!

Whether you're after souvenirs, gifts, or something to treat yo'self with, you're sure to find what you're looking for!

Explore Vail's Culture

For a special treat, head to Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, which features a stunning collection of alpine plants.
