Imagine that you're in Vail. The sun is out, the scenery is gorgeous, and the weather is chilly in the best way. You've spent the morning skiing and you're worn out, but you're also blissfully happy. Nothing can wipe the smile from your lips, save for the impossible spontaneous melting of the season's snow. With the fresh mountain air in your nostrils and the pulse of adrenaline in your veins, you make your way to Vail Village. What could be better in that moment than a crisp pint of craft beer? Lucky for you, Vail Valley is home to four craft brewpubs that can satisfy that need.

Located right in Vail Village, Vail Brewing Company is a ski-bum owned brewery that crafts a variety of delicious, mountain-crafted brews. Their core beers are Pete's Stash Pale Ale, Gore Creek IPA, and Hot Mess Blonde Ale.

7 Hermits Brewing is another great option for those staying in Vail Village. Right at the top of Bridge Street, 7 Hermits makes great beer and serves tasty food. 7 Hermits also serves wine, cocktails, and coffee, so there is truly something for everyone.

Looking to branch out a bit? Located in nearby Eagle, CO, Bonfire Brewing has both a brewery and a tap room. They produce awesome, top-quality beers. You could also venture to Edwards, CO and visit Gore Range Brewery, which aims to serve simple yet elegant beer in a casual setting.

Between these breweries and the large number of local tap rooms, there is not shortage of beer around Vail. What's your favorite place to grab a brew after a day on the slopes?
